★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is okay but parking slots limited. Car park always full and have to park at Dataran rm 5 for first hour with rm 4 for every subsequent hour. The overall experience will be better if they can increase more parking slots for customers/visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The government office that you pay your quit rent once a year if you own property in KL. The staff are helpful, we ask information in the ground floor then went to 1 floor to pay your bill, they printed our bill to pay. Didn't have to wait too long. There are not enough parking available, so is better to take taxi or mass transit. In the morning there not too crowded, also there was a lady answers our questions and tell us we're to go. It was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and attentive staffs. They'll guide through out all the process. Pls bring your own BLACK WET PEN. I've borrowed an officer's pen since i have none. Tapi..pulangkan la balik kat tuanpunya lepas selesai urusan ?. Anyways, parking is so limited. Opt to park under Dataran Merdeka. Mahal la jugak. 1st hour RM 5...subsequent hour RM 4.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting for 2 hours. Even got the earliest queue number. Wait before the counter even open. They said counter open at 9, but my mom been waiting since 8.40am. And at 10.30am still waiting like forever. Worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall its the same others Gov office; BUT - here is so noisy, people waiting at the chair in front of counters chat like kedai kopi, worst than pasar malam, weird thing is that, the officers, security, RELA just ignore them. Am I at the wrong office? ?
Why does that happened? Even out from big city office people behave.
