★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont see a benefit of this government run vet service in Port Klang. I brought a cat two days back seeking for emergency procedure since it's ear was bleeding. The government staff despite being free, they didn't want to do any procedure and asking me to make am appointment (which most likely for next week). It is such emergency for that animal. Such heartless working staffs. Whats the point of working in vet when you dont know the value of a cat / animal. Now the cat is dead and I think you are part of it. Worthless, not professional and dont know the value of an animal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable price because its a government clinic but the there is a few doctor who not that knowledgeable. From my experience, i love to ask question and seeking advice but unfortunately the doctor didn't know much about certain things. Its really disappointed. How come they become a veterinarian??? Then there's one time i went there to vaksin my cat and they said vaksin is out of stock and they keep on provide you the same medicine for your pets.
My advice is, kindly just go to private vet. Yes you will pay more but at least you will satisfied with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some medications are out of stock because it's end of the year . You need to constantly have stocks for it. My baby cat was suffering with seizures. She waited another 3 hours for another private Veterinary to open. Exceptionally friendly staffs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place for a vet care around.. need to call or try to set an appointment with them for assurance.. clean and neat place, but hard to find parking in the morning.. overall service and customer relation is great..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually it was my family and i first visit there. We came early and the clinic is opened. Staff was so helpful. There's three waiting cages nearby.the waiting area for the pet who come with no cages. The registration was easy. The waiting time was also shorter than i expected. There's also waiting area for pet dogs outside. Overall areas are clean. Some informational brochure also available for readings. Live TV also a help during the wait. Ok back to the treatment room. Staff was helpful. She gave advices with our cats. And we did not even know that our cat was handicapped, cause she looks fine to us. Anyway..the visit there was informational. The treatment and medicine charges was so so so affordable. Thanks?
