★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE AT ALL. I TRIED TO CALL THEM FOR A WEEK AND 5 TIMES EVERYDAY NOT EVEN 1 TIME THEY PICKUP THE PHONE. AFTER THAT I CONTACT THROUGH POS LAJU WEBSITE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TELL ME THAT THEY ONLY PROCESS SERVICES THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR YOU HAVE TO GO TO THEIR BRANCH FOR THE SERVICES. I JUST WANT TO CHECK MY AR REGISTER LETTER STATUS WHICH STUCKED AT THIS BRANCH FOR 10 DAYS BUT NOTHING UPDATED IN TRACK & TRACE BUT JUST SHOWING "ITEM PROCESSED AT PO&CW GELANG PATAH". IS THAT SO HARD FOR CUSTOMER TO CALL TO CHECK THE STATUS ? COVID 19 IS SPREADING EVERYWHERE NOW AND I DONT REALLY WANT TO RISK MYSELF TO GO TO THIS BRANCH. AND I SAW A GOOGLE REVIEW WHICH ENCOUNTER THE PROBLEM OF NOBODY PICK UP THE PHONE ALSO 1 YEAR AGO, UNTIL TODAY NOTHING IMPROVE. WELL DONE POS LAJU.

No one pick up. Now only i know post office is very busy. 1 hours also can't reach my turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont even worth one star rating. Track and Trace status show Item delivered but nothing was delivered. Worst courier service in the entire world. Better go for Ninja Van / J & T Express which have clear photo of who received the package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on Nov 8, 2021. Arrived around 9.30 am. Pleasant experience. Usual SOP. Staff were polite and well mannered. Ample parking. Nothing bad to comment here. All is well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pick up one of my parcels that seemed to have been stuck there for several days without moving... don't what why or what reason it was just sitting at the post office for and not being delivered, might as well drive there and get it myself. The guy at the counter who dealt with me was very nice and cheerful.... but so sorry to say, the place was super disorganised and messy. Parcels were everywhere, stacked on the floor, and they took a long time to find anything. There was a customer there before me and for some reason it took more than 20mins for anybody to find the package that he was there to collect, and held up everyone else that was waiting. This is a small branch, you'd think it would be easier to keep organised.

with . The lady in the counter very quick to lose her head, she don't listen and a little loud. But they are fast :) and for those going to take your parcel please don't go to the counter. Just walk a bit behind like in my photo and the uncle there will give your parcel like in 30 seconds. No need to take numbers for taking your parcels. Easy peasy.
