★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would really appreciate if they could extend their working hours as their working hours is simply not suitable for the working adults. 7.30pm is really cutting it close for many where they would leave office at 6pm (mostly can't, and even if you can, you will still be stuck in the jam)

“Item posted over counter”. Parcel status is still unknown until now and had to call non-stop until finally someone from the post office picked up. Not much help was given to trace my parcel. Will call or visit again to see if they are going to do anything about the missing parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady staff with the spectacles on is very rude, i ask nicely the procedure to post my parcel because i never post any parcel before but she answered it rudely, do you hate your work or what? If you hate it then just resign lah, its not that hard to answer any questions nicely right??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes you have to wait ages but when I visited at 3pm on a Tuesday to register as a voter I didn't have to wait long at all. The staff member who attended to me was polite and pleasant. When you enter get a ticket number and wait your turn. I suggest bringing something to read to pass the time.
