★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff doesn't seem interested to your queries or questions. She's on her phone, when I ask follow up questions cuz her answer was not clear, she shrugs (maybe cuz I interrupted her phone time). Very unprofessional. Might make a formal complaint if this happens again. This is ridiculous!

We also have something to do, don't have much time to waiting just looking you guys talking something not important! Poor management! Very lazy! Hopefully Pos Malaysia can improve they staft! Dissapoint!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the woman worker is extremely rude. she was watching dramas on her phone during working hours and ignoring me while i was standing in front of the counter. please aware of your customers and have some responsibilities during your working hours. you got paid. i did not mind if you stopped your video and treat me as a customer nicely. thanks.
