★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pejabat pos menyusahkan orang. Bercakap dengan customers lebih kurang, memanjang card lesen konon jpj belom hantaq, mesin buat roadtax rosak rosak 40 hari. Ayat paling famous dari staff sebelah pintu "encik boleh mai minggu depan", "kami pon tak pasti". pejabat pos pokok sena kena tukar staff. Sebab kalau staff sama gi kelas customer service pon tak guna. Dah memang semula jadi biadap. takkan la kursus seminggu boleh ubah adab orang macam tu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think pos malaysia especially pokok sena branch need to sent the staff to communication skills course... Not all customer know how the post office operate... There a various people with a different knowledge.. Please your customer... Ask your client to take number ... Then ask them to sit first.. Politely.. Not just say.." For what you take number, if you don't want to wait till we call the number".. That time was 8.45am.. And the customer only 3 person.... Please put a smile.... Poor that uncle...
