★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff perempuan Tersangat2 lambat. Dah bertahun2 masih masalah yg sama. Xreti nak buat kerja ke? Layan sorg customer sampai sejam. Dok bising nama bt & binti xsama lah. Ko dah keje lama patut pandai lah settle. Last2 kata kat kita xleh nak buat sbb nak layan customer sorg tu lg. Suruh kita pegi tempat lain pulak. Unacceptable!
 The female staff is very slow. It's been the same problem for years. Xreti want to work? Customer service up to an hour. Dok bising nama bt & binti xsama lah. Ko dah keje lama patut pandai lah settle. Lastly, we said that we want to make it so that we can serve the customer sorg again. Tell us to go somewhere else. Unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ive called to check my parcel because in poslaju track&trace have 2 unsuccessful delivery(although at home didnt hear doorbell at all)and they will attempt delivery on next working days but when called,they told me to self pickup because already tried to deliver ONE TIME(in track&trace said two) doesnt even leave failed to deliver slip at home( i cant even be sure they actually did come to my house)i requested for second delivery but they still said you can come take your parcel even without slip, refusing to deliver.disappointing.totally not a good experience at all.both the phone call and delivery service(self pickup?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff not helpful. I am using Pos Flexi and only required to drop off at any Pos Malaysia branch. I trying to explain this to the staff, but he insisted me to get the number and waiting because he need to key-in each one of it. So how long should I wait for 12 parcel? Not efficient and lack of training. The complaint is not just from me alone, but you can ask people in this area too. Service in this post office very poor even many people in Sg Pelek just go to Pos Office Sepang or Banting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An old building, with ample parking spots, near to the government clinic. Its the only post office in town and despite the little personnel they have, service is alright. It opens at 8:30 am.
