β β β β β Purcon Malaysia I call to your company today and speak to mona and nurul huda to follow up may refund cheque..but the answer that I get from this 2 person is very disappointed..both Mona and Nurul Huda raised her voice and unable to update nicely and advise when can I get my refund.For your info, this refund pending for more than 4 months and I just call to follow up the status due to Mona never contact me back to update the status even after she promised. Both also refuse to transfer me to her manager upon request.
