★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must queu a lot... Slow just like our own local hospitals. Diagnosis not so accurate. The doctors often recommend surgeries.. mom went here twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adventist famous by the doctor but not the staff exspecially specialist dept staff don't give right info to the patients. Biling dept does not help to follow up with insurance company on any GL, end up patient need to follow up personally..They did not follow up with soecialist clinic if insurance company request the specialist to re-write clearly on the diagnosis .They just ignore and end up patient need to pay on pocket money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many Indonesian came here for medical check up. The price for CT-scan / MRI and doctor fee are cheaper than any other hospital. Penang Adventist is best known for their Heart Division.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great help they offered during my last trip to Penang....went there with my sick toddlers....Dr. khaw was very good with the diagnosis and explaining what was going on...
The pharmacy waiting time was a bit too long and their productivity could be improved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hospital and thanks Dr Teh Aik Sing and Dr. Simon for taking care my Dad and Dr. Cheong to help my lovely parents to heals them from Heart ❤️ disease and Breast cancer thanks ?? to all nurse and all which help us while in here. God Bless you all . We thanks to God by celebrating my fathers birthday after home in Surabaya Indonesia
