When is your college going to have a graduation ceremony for your students? Covid is no longer a tenable excuse!

Pretty disappointed with how the staff and the doctor deals things. Firstly they are unable to give me letters to travel interstate for my braces monthly review. Some how I found a way to get the approval from the polis and today they canceling my appointment. My piece of advise is, better don't get your teeth correction here. There are no more doctors or orthodontist. 2) At first I was reviewed by another doctor and he left to India. So after 6 months there's another doctor and he claims he has to start the treatment again. They charged for x-ray but never once I saw the X-Ray. 3) after the next day my previous treatment, the wire were poking my inner chin and wanted to visit the clinic and they simply claim that the doctor is unavailable. The reason was given on Friday was he needs to attend meeting another day that he's on medical leave. Now I'm thinking away to get back my money and move on another clinic. Wasted my time and money. Seriously bad management. I wonder how they sustained over the years. Even after this review I don't think they'll take any actions.

I’ve make an appointment on 12/12/19, came back far away work from outstation to fix my teeth, but I feel unsatisfied and unconfident with your treatment Mr.Andre Yapp! I did understand you’re still student and still learning in process situation but do not let your patient feel that you’re fooling around. I did follow your procedure and keep raise up my hand when feel pain but at last one of my tooth is bleeding with pain.?However when using the machine to cover and amend up the tooth, one of your mistaken hands on skill causing my mouth side injured with a scar. You did mentioned apologies but a sorry can’t buy a patient pain and scar. Please be serious and professionalism, your patient did pay money for the quality of service. I’m your regular patient and I trust International Dental College Penang since I’m young and small. In past few years all of the training dentist are providing good service and taking good care of patient too. Hope to see improvement ??

My family member has previously done her denture in PIDC. The students who were doing the treatment are struggling but there isn't anyone there to help them. It seems like there isn't any doctor who were overseeing the treatment at all. Even after the doctor in charge came, he also don't know how to do the treatment. I pity the students who are studying here. I think PIDC has to fix their management and department organisation.

Forever grateful for the education i received at PIDC , 8 years on since graduating , the wealth of knowledge i received from all the dedicated lecturers is still serving me well. Definitely will recommend future students to enrol here. Great facilities with excellent guidance from the teaching faculty .

Friends of mine recommended here after I facing teeth problems. First impression, environment are clean, well managed. Many students from different places in Malaysia. All doctors cum lectures are from India with many years of experiences in practical & giving lectures. Came here for tooth extraction (after confirmed by doctor that the teeth can't be recovered) & roots canal for another teeth. Different specialist doctor doing different job for each part for these treatments. Dr. Jaya, applied her vast experience to check and done the roots canal with firmly and gently with helping by final year student Mr. Chong. For teeth extraction and stitching done by operation specialist doctor. For craning and fake teeth, Mr. Chong handling with monitoring by another 2 fake/artificial tooth specialist in professional way. Mr. Chong always follow-up via phone after treatment and fake teeth fixed and helped adjust till I felt comfortable. For cost wise, I can say the cost is about half the price compared to private clinics outside there. The cost could further reduce if treatment handles by final year students, but depending on how complicated and which teeth. One can choose to handle by doctor or student with situation stated above. Have my final treatment day here with teeth crowning. Everything gone fine and fast. Overall, I'm truly grateful and thankful for Dr. Jaya and Mr. Chong who treated me very well. Thank you so much ? ## for fist timer, you need to register yourself @ level 3 (no need appointment). The person will bring you to level 21st and you will allocate final year students for check and ask. They will prepare a report following by report to their lecturer(doctor), to determine necessary treatment. Then you can choose a doctor or student to handle the treatment and ask the cost as well. ## highly recommended and will share these info with friends and relatives. 24th August, 2pm, went to meet Dr. Jaya and Mr. Chong for checking teeth, and do scaling. As usual, work carried out smoothly although it was my first time do scaling?. Was advised not to take coffee/tea or any food in deep colour for 2~3 days to avoid teeth become darkness? ?

Penang International Dental College is a well equipped campus where one who is interested in pursuing dentistry will be at ease when choosing to study here. The college builds a strong foundation of knowledge and skills for students to kick start their career pathway in dentistry with confidence. I am thankful for their dedication and compassion in ensuring the progression of their students.

Had 2 of my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr Abin Varghese assisted by final year student Vaanishree and Sanjay here. The whole procedure took about 15-20mins only and I did not feel any pain. Thanks to Dr, Vaanishree and Sanjay’s kind aftercare advice my surgery area healed very fast and I did not experience any pain. Thanksss ☺️10/10
