β β β β β Entrance RM1. Not much to see. Brief history of Penang, some 3 main race background. Thats all. I hope they can upgrade more since many tourists are coming to Penang.

β β β β β Entrance fee rm1 per person
Every corner is nicely decorated.
The museum is telling story about the different local ethnics, Francis Light and also Penang Free School.
There is interactive design where u get to try on and touch and smell different rempah ratus.
The demonstration of Penang Free School brings u back to the good old times of studying, and of course u can have awesome photoshoot session over there.
A place that is worth ur visit at Penang!

β β β β β A small museum, you can reach it by 204 bus from penang hill. One ticket will cost you RMB 1.
They only open 2 buildings, C and B. Not a lot displays in it. However you may learn history and the local lives.
I suggest it becomes your last destination when you have no idea where to go since it was located strategically around markets and foos stalls.
It closed at 5 pm.

β β β β β Not much exhibit to share but whatever they have there, enables the visitors to feel and understand the past history of Penang with various races together building up the state as we see today.

β β β β β People are too harsh in their reviews of this petit museum. Itβs a great little display which costs practically nothing to visit with a quaint classroom which has been returned to period times. You donβt need anything more than 20-30 minutes for this place

β β β β β Very nice quaint little museum. Not much to see but definitely enough to give you a good feel of Penang. Enjoyed it. Also RM1 per pax for entrance is not too bad too. Parking is free. Feel free to drop by. It is opposite No.5 Char Koay Teow and if that place is closed pop by over here. And then maybe you can walk to New Lane to eat too. Three birds with one stone.
