I started my spiritual journey with Master Sarika Malhotra around 5 years or so ago. Initially starting out with the weekly meditation sessions on Sundays before joining the "You Have The Power" workshop. The "You Have The Power" Workshop really changed my life. It taught me how to look deeper within myself to realise that I really do have the power to change my life in ways I never realised I could. It gave me the tools to re-evaluate my life and see things from a difference prespective and from a bigger picture. I learnt to accept the past, to heal the past, learn the lessons and let it go. To forgive and to seek forgiveness. To love and to be loved unconditionally. And to move forward bravely. It made me accountable as well. Unlike a lot of workshops that you attend, it doesn't just end there. We are given a manual to put into practice what we have learned in the "You Have The Power" workshop into our daily lives. We have a support system of like minded people who have also done the workshop and where we can share our experiences and learn from others too. With the meditation sessions and the workshops and retreats, I have found peace in my life and know though there will always be challenges, I will overcome it and learn whatever lessons I need to. Most importantly we have direct contact with our Spiritual Master, Guru and Guide, Master Sarika Malhotra. If we seek clarity and guidance we can always contact Master Sarika directly with any questions we have. She is always there to help us as best that she can. Although we have to put in our own effort and do our own part too! Pendulums of the Universe is different precisely because of Master Sarika Malhotra. She has put in her time and effort into organising and conducting the various workshops, spiritual retreats and meditation sessions. Always helping those who seek her assistance with a pure heart and good intentions. Always coming from Love and Light. Always taking the higher but not necessarily easier road. Myself and countless others are proof of her dedication, hard work and faith in others. All while conducting her own successful business and being a single mother. I come to the Pendulums of the Universe for my weekly meditation and pick me up. The meditation sessions are excellent and a great way to re-centre, reconnect, heal and calm myself in an otherwise busy and chaotic world. Whether you’re new or a seasoned practitioner, there is something here for everyone. If you are new to meditation and don’t know where to start, just come here and follow the guided meditation. It couldn’t be easier and more therapeutic. I also love the variety of sessions they have on offer such as the sound healing, chakra cleansing, yoga and the variety of workshops for self improvement, manifestation and spirituality. I love this place because of the supportive and good people it attracts. I can practice my mediation and spirituality in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment. The Master who runs the place (Master Sarika) really cares about people and has a deep desire to help others regardless of their background. It’s one of the main reasons I keep returning. She has a heart of gold with sincere intentions and has my respect in that regard. After attending I am more relaxed, calm, de-stressed and connected to my intuition. If you are interested in joining a like minded group or want to start meditation or any of the other programmes there, my advice is to just come. The people there and Master Sarika are very welcoming, friendly and supportive.

I started joining Pendulums last year and it was only a weekly sessions. However, as the months came along, I felt a different energy whenever I am there. The people, the atmosphere and not forgetting Master Sarika made me want to go there even more. Now after a year and attending a workshops and retreats, Pendulums have developed me in having my own voice and connected with the person within me.
