โ โ โ โ โ sangat mengecewakan pegawai yg menjaga laluan masuk pengakalan feri dari thailand ke malaysia pada 23 ogos 2018 jam 3-6 ptg, mereka berdua tidak mendahulukan orang berkenderaan cop pasport dulu, sebaliknya mengarahkan kami beratur seperti pejalan kaki yang lain. akibat dari tindakan mereka itu laluan masuk dari malaysia ke thailand menjadi jem, kerana kereta mengahala ke malaysia masih lagi beratur menunggu utk cop passport dan menyekat laluan mereka. kami semasa di pengkalan di thailand rasa kehairanan pada awalnya kenapa feri dari malaysia mengambil masa sejam lebih utk keluar dari port dan menuju ke thailand, rupanya akibat dari tindakan mereka inilah yg melambatkan feri tersebut, amatlah tidak wajar dan boleh jg dianggap bodoh kerana alasan yang mereka beri bila ada seorang dari kami bertanya kenapa tak buat mcm biasa? โbuat mcm ni hari raya jeโ. tindakan mereka amatlah tidak berasas, menyusahkan orang lain dan membazir masa! harap pihak imigresen dapat ambil tindakan yang sewajarnya.?
very disappointing the officer in charge of the ferry terminal entrance from thailand to malaysia on 23 august 2018 at 3-6 pm, they both did not precede the person with the passport stamp vehicle first, instead instructed us to line up like other pedestrians. as a result of their actions, the entrance from malaysia to thailand became jammed, as cars heading to malaysia were still queuing up to stamp their passports and block their route. we were at the base in thailand at first wondering why the ferry from malaysia took more than an hour to get out of port and head to thailand, apparently as a result of their actions this is what slowed down the ferry, it is very inappropriate and can also be considered stupid for the reason they give if one of us asks why not make mcm normal? "For mcm this is a holiday". their actions are completely unfounded, inconvenient and a waste of time! hope the immigration authorities can take appropriate action.?

โ โ โ โ โ SG family on road trip during RMCO 21 to 23 June 2020. Sight seeing at the border crossing. The border is still closed during COVID-19 RMCO .... very quiet and less crowd at the vicinity.

โ โ โ โ โ This is a Malaysia-Thailand border that is not so busy like in Rantau Panjang-Sg Kolok. You may take the JKR Ferry if you want to bring your car/motorbike/bicycle. Only one ferry available. For individual can take any boat to the other side. Pay around RM2-RM3 depends on boat operator.

โ โ โ โ โ As of Sep 2017 -If you thinking of taking the ferry to cross over the border take note that there only one ferry per hour and can only accomodate between 10-14 vehicles... seem there a limited # of ferries avaiable..
