I had to run few days to apply for a new water account for my new house, because there is no proper guideline on what document(s) to attach. Since my house is bought directly from developer, and the developer had unpaid balance which was beyond my knowledge, I have to run back to my new house management office to get the key handing letter to prove that I just got my keys to free myself from paying for the developer's bill. The customer service outside the building was friendly and helpful, helping me check and attached my documents. The lady at the counter was rude, showing no manners at all. As soon as I got to the counter, she told me to pay RM122.10, so I asked her what was I paying for? She raised her voice, and told me: SATU RATUS CAGARAN, DUA PULUH STAMP, DAN SERVICE TAX! While she was printing the receipt, I told her I noticed that the meter did not move when I went to check my house, again, she raised her voice and said: CALL 15300! I was asking if I can get the developer's defect team to change it, but before I can finish my question, she cut my off and said: CALL 15300! This private company monopolized the whole Malaysia market, leaving us no other choice but to bear with the staffs rude manners beside black faces, this is sickening!

Went to terminate the water supply. An official looking lady attended to me. With a straight face, gave me a form and asked to fill the form and told me to get a photocopy of my IC. I asked why they cannot make a photocopy, she just told they don't do it. Air Selangor office is not beside any shops. It is a stand alone building away from the town centre. One top of it I had to queue probably an hour or 2 seeing the number of people queuing up. My experience with TNB,was pleasant. Just 10 mins. No photocopy of IC required. With IWK, no photocopy of ic required but have to give them photocopies of a few pages of the Sales & Agreement fir them to transfer to the new owner. It took me 10 mins. Very pleasant counter staff. I just left the office with form So Air Selangor, please your customers. Make life easy for them. With 1 visit everything should be resolved.

This review earns its 4 stars. Here's why. I had to settle change of ownership from the previous house owner. Arrived, parked (ample place to park for free), walked to the entrance and first table a guard was and for you to scan MySejahtera. Depending on your intent of visit, you will be directed to the particular service counter which are spaced out tables with Perspex shield. The officer who attended to me was efficient and explained what forms I needed to fill and the process - and will guide you through the process if you are confused. The people control was organized and spaced out. The wait in queue wasn't long and bearable - my elderly mum was with me so she had a choice of seats (seated outside but beside the main entrance in the shade). Officer calls your number and directs you to a numbered seat inside the waiting lounge in from of counters. Process was done in matter of less than 30 minutes. So, if you are reading this and intending to settle your stuff, please note that your experience may differ to mine. But on the whole, for me it was not stressful, unpleasant and uncomfortable to wait. This was written during nationwide Covid19 SOPs enforcement. To add.. the call system 15300 is good. There is always someone answering no matter what time but before 5pm

It is advisable to bring all relevant or related documents with you to this place. Thankfully I did. Although the operator on the phone kept insisting that I don't need to bring anything, I brought it anyway. Otherwise I would have had to make another few trips. I guess my previous experiences helps a lot. With all documents in hand, the ladies here are very helpful.

Only one counter working outside to assist customer, the rest inside dunno doing what. Need to boost up customer service support.

I went here on 6th jan 2022 for the first time. Great customer service. All went smooth. Staffs are friendly and full of courtesy. The instructions are very clear. Based on previous reviews, i believe they took action and improved a lott. Thank you Air Selangor Gombak staffs ??? * you can print or make photocopy at Fully Stationery Enterprise shop. Very convenient and not far from here.
