Came to open new account. There were two staff helping out with filling up forms and documents by the entrance and an ATM in case you're not carrying enough cash. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes. Parking is a bit of a hassle though.

Shoddy kontraktor, come at 1030am, then having breakfast on my car porch, later isap rokok meeting! Mostly Unprofessional dreaming wanted to go to heaven only one in the team do the real job!

Doesn't even worth a star. Took few hours for application of new account although not many in queue. Wrong information provided by counter staff. End up applied on beginning Oct but to date 20 Nov the installation is not done yet, call numerous time, and get standard script reading feedback from customer service dragging 3 days and 3 days again. 0 problem solving skill, even after 1 and a half month I still don't see any solution. Complain system that's not working, feedback system that's not working and even survey form that doesn't appear to have any corrective action. Doesn't even worth 1 star.

Encourage to use Air Selangor apps is more convenient. I paid my water bill by using their apps. I have an experienced with my water meter spoiled, I reported the issue by using apps, they replied in a short while n arrange technician came n checked, the technician also fix it in another day. Thank u so much for the good effort. Terima kasih banyak banyak. Its hard to get them by calling the phone number.

Every time when there is an outage, not contactable.. Ever wonder why there is no new mega investments into Selangor like Kulim/Penang?? It is the unpredictable outage of water & frequent power interruptions to the region, MIDA should look into this.. Syabas as always.. not contactable, only will send information after water resumed.. At least TNB will still answer the phone..

Do call 15300 for faster service. From my recent experience, if you talk to them clearly and politely, they will respond favourably as well. They took prompt action and fixed my water meter within 3 days as promised. I really appreciate their efficiency.?

Well, I made complaints twice through online on Sat and Sun. To my surprise: it has been rectified on the day itself. To counter check: Technical Personnel - Mr Maniam drop by today (Monday) on checking my water meter. He provided a pragmatic and practical approach in solving the issues. Excellent customer service. Keep it up!!!
