★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if the other reviews can tally with my experience, or maybe (I hope, for the sake of others), that mine was a one-off incident that I really hope won't be repeated.
I found this place by chance - asked for blue flowers and was informed that there were a few choices, and ordered one bouquet 2 days in advance. I proceeded to pick a half a dozen blue roses with the intention of picking them up on Valentine's Day. When I arrived, one of the ladies finally found my order, squished under the other flower orders. Fine, not a problem with me as long as there aren't any broken stems. But what incensed me and rendered me speechless was the fact that my "blue" flowers had one solitary half-dyed blue-yellow flower sticking out like a sore thumb amidst the other badly dyed blue flowers. I pointed this out to the lady and she made an abysmally absurd excuse saying that when they dyed the flowers, possibly it didn't dye all the way through. I refused it, and she insisted that she would spray them blue again and give them to me, which she did, and I stupidly accepted the bouquet and things just went downhill from thereon.
If you see that the flowers are still yellowish, OF COURSE it means you didn't dye or spray them properly! And you still had the audacity to insist that you weren't in the wrong, and re-spray them only after I pointed out the obvious? Not only did you rob me of time and dignity, but the entire car stank of the CFCs emitted by the poor flowers that perfume couldn't diminish by a long shot. Had I known I would receive this kind of disgusting service at this place, I would have gladly browsed for the other red flowers from other florists like FlowerChimp or a plethora of other shops who at least have the cow sense to see that the flowers are the colour I specified. The only reason I chose this particular shop was because I was looking for blue flowers in particular; blue flowers that this florist promised to deliver but failed in every single possible aspect.
Would I come here again? Most definitely NOT. Valentine's Day ruined, thanks to this incident.
