★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet a big range of selection for furniture..just that the after sales service is not really satisactory. I received a bunk bed with very bad quality plywood. When i complained for exchange, they say no more stock available. When i request to cancel order and ask them to get back the item, they suddenly say got stock and came to exhange for me. The staff caused a noticeable scratch on the bed frame whilst changing the plywood. To make it worst, again they forgot to deliver the free pillows as promised and even asked my hubby to come and get it himself at the store. How inconvenient..just focus on sales, very bad customer service.
