โ โ โ โ โ Very terrible customer service, in addition to product not as advertised.
Bought this shoe cabinet after visting their showroom at their Ijok branch. Branch staff clearly said that this shoe cabinet comes pre-installed with the door handles. (first picture with the price stuck to its upper left corner) However, when it arrived, it did not come with the handles at all (nor did the handles come separately). Sent it back the first time to the branch to tell them to send a new one that has the handles installed. The same thing happened the second time it arrived, and there were no door handles again (no separate handles came either). The second delivery took 2 weeks to arrive after calling customer service numerous times to send a new one that has the handles fixed btw.
After the second delivery, we told customer service that we will not pay the remainder amount until the handles are installed properly by the team (since the product is not as advertised at all). We told them to send someone from their Ijok branch to come and install the handles instead of sending it back again (because it's a hassle and a total waste of time). It's been 2 weeks since we called customer service after the second delivery. In total, it's been more than a month and this door handle problem has not been solved. There is no initiative from Ladaza to want to solve this issue, and has given us all sorts of excuses regarding its installation.
In addition, on the scheduled date of the first delivery, we were promised that they will deliver the shoe cabinet in the morning. However, they only delivered this to our doorstep at 9pm night time, and came incomplete without the door handles. Customer service team is not polite, not efficient, and not professional in handling and solving customer complaints. This furniture place is strongly NOT recommended. Please avoid at all cost.
