★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered Bed 2 set, wardrobe set and display cabinet. Before order I have asked the seller(Nadia) to check all the stock. She said all have stock. Ordered 5th Feb'22 & requested them to deliver on 11th Feb'22 at 5pm. Unfortunately, waited for 2 hours 30 mnt & driver (Zuman) arrived at 8.30pm. The display cabinet & 1 bed not new, they took from show room with a lot of defect. I have mentioned to the driver to take back due to not acceptable. The wardrobe set also worst. The sliding door not functioning. Driver also don't want to listen give a lot excuse. The next day, I went to the show room, noticed they have put new type of cabinet & new bed at the area.
Then I have questions them, why they have to give the display items when they have promised to give new items. What do you feel. They said will angry too. Nonsense answer. They said will send again the new one. I have to reject again the display cabinet due to having defect too. They insist us to choose other type but it's wasting time and I asked for refund.
Finally they agreed and refund the money this week. I would not recommend the store even the price is low, because the quality & customer service is very bad.
