★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service becausd staff is very rude.. To be specific we admit we came a bit late.. Around 6.05 pm on friday. They close at 6.30 pm. The first thing that spoiled my mood when the staff rudely warning us that photo is not allowed.. From distant that staff raise her voice alarming my husbnd from taking photo. That kinda action shocking me. Why dont that staff come near then say politely that taking photo is not allowed. We would understand n appreciate that.
Then after that the staff asked us whether the car parked in front is ours or not cos their lorry wanted to park there.. Seriously u asked that thing? Then where are we supposed to park. We are your customer.. Not beggar. At that time i just wanted to walk out but my husbnd replying to that we are not taking much time.
Then my husbnd said to her that he wants to buy coat stand rack to put in his office. That lady just stand over there with 200metres away didnt attend my husbnd peoperly. While my husbnd choosing the right one, that staff ask my husbnd to put back the racks that were not chosen at their place then blindly running to the counter without my husbnd manage to confirm the price. So rude!!!
I know that u all rushing to close the shop but at least please attend us properly. That kind of service is totally unacceptable.. I also in this kind of field, customer service.. Kindly improve your staff skills because ur business is only can develop through ur customer.. No customer, no sale, no income.. Remember that.. Hope can improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store or showroom is large. They didn't turn-on the air-conditioning, during our visit to shop. Plenty of products being shown case. But the sales persons seemed uninterested in understanding our need. Recommendation was limited even though there were so many products. They, let us wandered around clueless in the humid and hot large showroom. Sorry, no photos. Two (2) stars for the sales person who was very concerned and helpful in telling us how to park our car at the store entrance. Not this way, that way. We left without purchasing anything. We went to other furniture shop to buy our half-leather couch and a set of dining table+chairs. The other shop sales person was helpful in both parking the car and knowing our need. Sorry probably we were the only one got treated this way.
