Been to Peranakan Mansion few times and the dishes, quality and tastes have been always excellent and consistent. Tried almost every dish on the menu and each dish has its own authentic and original flavours using fresh herbs and spices. The Mansion itself is a living cultural experience for all visitors especially Malaysians, dating back into the 18th Century Peranakan Architecture, original intricate hand carved and hand painted collection of artifacts. Its like "Dining back in time" in this rich Malaysian Peranakan Culture. Being a Peranakan and a Chef myself, i must say the PM team have done a great job. Keep it up and keep our Traditional Peranakan Food and Culture alive with pride.

This is a extremely nice environment to bring guest for dinner. The service is top notch. Great interior to take photos. Food was good. Although the vege curry looks simple but it’s very good. They say the simpler it is, the harder to make ?. Sotong sambal was very fragrant too. Smtg new which we nvr try before is AYAM Buah Keluak. Which is a special dish in nyonya cuisine.

A lavish environment perfect to complement the authentic Peranakan meal here. Slightly pricier than other spots but worth being here to soak up the flavours and atmosphere.

A newly opened restaurant which previously is a museum. Hands down for the scrumptious food. Especially the dessert cendol is worth giving a try. The staffs over there is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. P/S: ask for sambal belacan it goes well with the food.

Beautiful place, beautiful food, beautiful staff; what more can anyone ask for. This restaurant opened last year (Dec 2021). The decor for the restaurant was breathtaking and brought out the best of a long narrow peranakan shophouse in old Melaka town. The peranakan dishes are top notch and the best I’ve ever tasted. There were only hits and no misses. Extreme attention to detail was paid to each dish and no corners were cut. The Teh Bunga Telang (butterfly pea flower tea) was unique and I couldn’t get enough of it. The babi cili garam is a dish that you seldom see in peranakan restaurants. Even the potato in the ayam ponteh was individual boiled and fried before placing it in the dish. The otak otak belanga served in clay pot is fish paste in coconut milk and cabbage, a kind of deconstructed otah; the gravy was superb. The humble chap chye was brought up a notch with its superb stock and the addition of duan limau purut (lime leaves). The sambal what can I say, this is undoubtedly the sambal chilli par excellence. Even the chendol was in a class of its own. Executive chef Keon and manager Mia took time to converse with the guests and you could feel the passion in them and this explains the beautiful place, beautiful food and beautiful staff. This is an establishment worth many repeat visits.

This place is beautifully renovated with so many details it's incredulous. It's such a joy to walk into a place that's lovingly restored. Food was delicious, well presented, staff are happy and cheerful, service is great, prices are not overly expensive. Love the bunga telang drink that changes color when you drop a slice of lime in and the fact that it comes in an old style thermos. A must eat-in when visiting melaka

Spectacular 300ft long property from the 1800’s. Preserved in its original splendor with teak wood and gold inlay, Spanish imported tiles and truly incredible. Immaculately maintained by generations and still owned by the same family. Food here is truly special and we were lucky enough to meet Michel Tan who introduced some incredible food to us, local specialities using great ingredients to make for truly special dining experience. I was there with my better half celebrating my birthday and this was really special. Thanks to Michel for showing us a truly amazing time. We will be back for sure. I can’t recommend this highly enough, five stars isn’t enough.

The best Peranakan Restaurant in town. All the dishes are very tasty and appetizing. The cultural atmosphere of the restaurant coupled with it's authentic Peranakan cuisine, it will be truly an unforgettable experience for you. It's a guarantee that you will be tempted to come to the restaurant again and again. I did???... It's a must stop for me each time I visit Malacca!!
