โ โ โ โ โ High density and high traffic low cost accommodation. Close proximity to Gardens and Mid Valley, with plenty of food options available around the area too. There's always a lift not working, and even the lights in the working lifts are something out of a cheap horror clip. Then there's that subtle wet garbage smell.
