β β β β β Nice family hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. Big swimming pool. Can have breakfast while kids are in the pool. Parking a bit limited. Surrounding you have cafe and food mart.

β β β β β Clean room. The breakfast was awesome! Would def stay there again if I happen to be in KB.
Only hotel I have been to that includes clean prayer mats, sarong and pelekat for prayers in the room. Nice touch!

β β β β β Nothing to complain. Everything was great, the staff was very enthusiastic and welcoming. Room is spacious, clean and fully equipped. The bathroom has a bathtub for you to relax in. The food is quite good, menu needs to be more extensive. The hotel has a swimming pool and gymnasium. By the way thanks to the room attendant Ms Amelis for giving me back my jacket when I forgot it. A hotel worth your visit and stay when you come to Kota Bahru.

Parking spot is okay. Quite plenty depends on the day.
The hotel interior and decorations definitely up to the rating. Could have been better in some ways but it's definitely not bad.
Food services especially the food itself is mediocre and I would say a failure honestly. Both me and a friend of mine were disappointed with it considering how much we paid for it. Cakes were like those that comes from a really cheap one. Drinks just ew honestly. Everything else also the same. Definitely need to change or improve for sure. Honestly you better off going to cafΓ© than here.

β β β β β SECURITY WAS BAD!! Initially my room was at the old wing, the room was not clean properly and broken tiles in the toilet. Then I requested to change to the new wing executive room then it's better.
Accidentally left my wedding rings at the room when I checked out. Only noticed it the next morning. Called the hotel, they told me they can't find it. No guests check-in after I left. So who took it? Checked CCTV shown that I went in the room the night before with the rings and left without it so I'm pretty sure it's at the room. So who went in the room when I check-out? Housekeeping? They told me they investigated their staff and they told me the staff has been working there for 7yrs and got no bad record. Just becos of 7yrs and no bad record doesn't mean the suspected person didn't take it right. A 5-star hotel with a 1-star security. Oh well it's an expensive lesson for me. Definitely not recommending or to staying here anymore.

β β β β β established premium hotel in the middle of Kota Bharu town, one of the most famous here; rooms, service and restaurants are very comfortable. location very strategic in the middle of town so everything is close to it and it is also close to everything. overall great experience here :)

β β β β β Amazing place to stay. The staff were so friendly and so professional, I really loved my stay at the hotel, and will definitely be back. The best part of my room was the shower.....it was a rain style shower with high pressure, I would go back just for the shower. Great location, close to everything I needed

β β β β β The room is very spacious and comfortable... I enjoyed my stay there and my children were very happy. There is also a shared swimming pool in the building and children can have a great splashing day without us, need to worry...?
