It is not always possible to find parts for a printer produced 15 years ago.
Think about it, every 15 years a baby can grow until middle school.
The function of the printer is to print, and a new one is not very expensive. If it is broken, you can buy a new one if the repair fails.
And the first sentence of your words is already a life attack. People just can't fix your antique printer. If she can't fix it, then find another computer store. Why should you criticize others on the Internet?
Personally I am from printer repair industry, I felt the way this girl manage and handle is correct.

NEVER SEND PRINTER FOR THEM TO REPAIR
After I paid rm30 for them to check my printer, they say cannot repair.
Yes its fine. Ask her what is the component that break down, she says some plastic.
Ask her whats name. She says she doesnt know. Technician also doesnt know.
Ask her to send me photo of the component. She says take photo from her handphone lah. ??
And when she keeps asking me to buy new printer. I told her I prefer to repair. She says "ask ur boss to invest lah"
Haiz.. what a childish girl. If u cannot resolve customer querries, and talk to customer like that. U think the customer will care to buy from u again ?
That chinese girl might be owner daughter. But she can only shout and scream from her comfort zone. Hopefully someone will teach her real customer service one day.
