★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk is extremely slow and no one answer the call. The worst things are the teachers have no respect to the student by yelling at loud voice. The student has the fear to attend class and even become very emotional. Please do not send your kids to there unless there is improvement. Charges are higher then other school as well. Worst school ever ??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only was the process extremely slow and most counters are always closed, what was worse was that a lot of the instructors are rude and even racist towards the students that are learning to drive and will start screaming at you just because you made a mistake when you clearly never driven before. A fat Malay motor “instructor” will even scream at you even though you clearly stated that you have never driven one before, expecting you to “know how to ride it straight away which is ridiculous”. Truly the worst driving school in existence, if you want your teen to be scared or feel a trauma every time he or she steps into a vehicle, feel free to come to this “perfect” driving academy xD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely not recommended if you wish to get your driving license within 3 months. Terribly ineffective counter staffs. Have to purposely go to the actual counter to make any inquiries as phone calls are constantly getting ignored. Lousy system might ascribed the incompetent management. Apparently, Perfect is money driven. They accepted abundant students to the extent that cant capably handle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please DO NOT enroll your driving lesson in Perfect!!! To all the parents and students that plan to learn driving, please do not choose this driving academy.
1) L License are given 3 months. The class schedule are full and when they manage to provide the driving class lessons, the L License already expired and parent need to renew oneself!! The timetable for classes that given to students are change so often with excuse of instructor sick, someone pass away, etc.Then you will need to personally drive to the academy to get the new schedule as the customer service will not pick up your call. The new slot will be on the following month as driving class only release once a month. If you unlucky and the instructor sick or cancel class again then you wait for another month to get new slot. This issue is happening for my elder son!!
2) After you finish your driving lesson, you think you easily can go for exam!! Well guess what, they say will call you back after register the exam date and we waited 3 weeks. No call!!. We drive to the academy again to enquire and register the date. Your L license will expire before the exam date and need to renew again.
3) Instructor attitude are lazy!!! Driving class is 4 hours and they finish class 30 minutes earlier and ask you to sit in the bench till time and then only clock out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driving hours for regular classes are too short to completely help students master driving, not worth the price. The receptionist who helped me with registration was very rude to me and my mother as well, she talked in an annoyed and rude manner when I asked her to repeat her explanation for the packages offered, it upsets me that she dared gave an attitude towards my mom (thankfully i no longer see her face around recently).The first few classes I had with a male teacher was not pleasant, he yelled at me for making mistakes and kept raising his voice at me and it made me panic eventhough it was my first time driving, he could’ve been more patient with an amateur student. Mostly, Chinese and Indian teachers are more capable and professional in their teaching. Would not recommend this place to anyone, no hate, just relevant criticism to improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst driving school. I waited almost 2 hrs for the no to be called and got driving slots after 2 months. Ridiculously long. Worst than government departments service. The staffs are working like snails. So very frustrating. Will never never recommend this driving school to anyone. Regret registering with this lousy driving school. ?

The counter service was really bad my son paid for computer test in May 2021 until now no action no update . When come over also they can't give any info.. nothing has been processed .
Now I request ed for refund. Hopefully I will get it.
Not professional not customer friendly..no system . No first come first serve system. You do kursus and no idea when is the second step will.
The phone call not attended to message s also not being replied.
Not recommended to anyone.
