★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are friendly and informative. Very hard to get a parking right infront of the place.. Free goodies once register for their snorkeling package.plenty of shops selling foods n souvenirs along the way to the jetty. 45 mins to reach bubu from the best jetty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took their ride to and fro from Perhentian island. No specific boat. Any available boat will pick up the guests. The boat I ride, were mixed with other company's customer too. Probably due to low season time.

- Extremely poor communication. They did not want to take responsibility for anything. Always asking us to call someone else and communicate. As an agent, that was their sole job.
- Wrong info for check in time. We had to wait 2 hours to check in
- No compensation given for lost time
- We were promised a beach view type of room however got a congested one
- Bad housekeeping (Sharila Hotel)
No communication between travel agent and service operators. Overall, we were constantly stressed out by the agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired a minibus and boat to travel from Negeri Sembilan to the Perhentians and the driver was excellent, perfectly on time and a very good driver. The boat was great too. A very professional service that I would recommend 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a 2-way ferry service from an agent. Sadly during baggage transfer from jetty to boat, the boat guy has dropped my wife's luggage bag into the water. Thank God that he still grabed the bag from falling to the bottom of the sea. Half of the content of the bag was badly wet and the agency agreed to refund half of my travelling fees. They also managed to get all the wet clothes to a laundry, dried them and pass it to me through boat all the way to my staycation in the island 2 hours later. It was a horrible experience but the did the best to assist us. I wish the boat staffs can be more careful next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people are friendly and will help you out on your journey. They respond quickly to WhatsApp messages and calls regarding bookings to and from the island. Just let them know which island or resort you're heading to and they'll take care of your journey.
However, do ensure that you allow plenty of time between your transits and that you don't have plans that are rushed. There will be delays (approx. 30mins) for pick up most of the time (at least the few times that I've been) due to several factors such as sea conditions, weather, etc. So do be patient with them, they are not on purposely wanting to make you late. You're in Malaysia after all - need to acclimatise to the Malaysian timing! :)
I'd advise that you manage your expectations, don't jam pack your schedule around transit times and you'll enjoy your holiday.
