โ โ โ โ โ On 13/8/2019, My car has been arranged to Honda Puchong for repairing due to accident claimed. After my car is collected, I found my Rayban Glasses got stolen by the Honda Mechanic. I trusted Honda for the professional car service in Malaysia, however itโs deeply DISAPPOINTED and REGRETTED to send over for car repairs. Never ever send my car to HONDA any of their service Centre anymore. There is no reliability in customer service!

โ โ โ โ โ The staff are very attentive and friendly. They can even send you to the nearest LRT station for free so that you can hang around at other places e.g. ioi puchong mall instead of waiting there for your car service to be done. You just need to come back and collect your car before it's closed.

โ โ โ โ โ SOP need to be tighter as when I pickup my car there is a few clip missing and a few place that is not been paint. I feel really disappointed as I go to a Honda specialist is to avoid all hanky panky experience..I hope you guys beef up your service

โ โ โ โ โ The service attitude is extremely poor, the attitude of the staff is very proud, and no one even swears at the customer when the customer responds. The customer feels that the rogue car factory has no service attitude that the HONDA factory should have.

โ โ โ โ โ Easy to locate and a very good service. The support staff very friendly and helpful. Giving a promising time line to complete the repair work and make proper follow up so that customer fully understand the flow of repair and claim process.
