★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst sales service! The sales person reluctantly followed us to show the car. Never explained anything but just handed over the car price list. The questions that were asked, he answered very vaguely. And the sales person was busy with his phone throughout! Walked out without even test driving the car. While walking out, we noticed the other sales persons were busy on their phones while attending to customers. Better to go to other Honda showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not service your car here. They will add on extra things during your service and would not even tell you that those are additional items. And when asked, then only they will say it's optional but "recommended".
And when you need assistance to repair your car for CNY, even though the Honda Touch app shows availability for appointment, they will call you to cancel it as they will only accept service appointments.
If they want a quick buck from you, expect good service. But if you are having issues, they will be quick to swat you away, like it's too bad for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been sending my car for service at this centre several times and have been receiving good service each visit. There are reminders that my upcoming service is due and after each service, there will be a follow up text to get my feedback on the quality of service received. In addition to the survey they normally send. The only setback are the replaceable parts, that you will need to make a booking in advance for it, as they may not have it in stock.
