β β β β β They deserve 0 rating if possible because their calls are NEVER attended. I would be more tha happy to teach them telephone courties and ethics. Really useless. 99% of the time you call, they literally do not pick-up the calls. I wonder what they are being paid for!!!

β β β β β I hope please take the calls of customers when they need help. The call is ringing and no one answering. I hope we need employees to be active in explain what customer needs. I'm traveling far away from hometown to claim my perkeso. I have a job too but please don't drag us this way. Kindly apologize if I'm was harsh with my word.
