★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit at this was a positive experience, nice place, good services and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The dentist was very gentle and explained very clearly about my tooth condition and even gave me some advices too! Friendly receptionist plus a short class about how to brush your teeth correctly and the way of taking good care of your teeth. Highly recommended!

The dentist took photos of my teeth soon that she could talk me through everything that she was doing. I had a scale and polish followed my a filling ?. It was all very clean and professional. Would definitely recommend ✅

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentist is professional & educational. Do give your patients your treatment plan & ask for anaesthesia option prior execution so that patient are in less pain & aware.
Dental Assistance need to polish theirs skills in suction. This so that patient doesn’t have to come up & spit in the sink or swallowing the solution in the middle of procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female Dr (forgot to ask her name) is very nice and gentle. She helped me fill my teeth, not too painful and be done pretty fast. They also have a mini camera that could be put into my mouth to capture photos and show me how serious is my teeth and gum condition. The price is reasonable as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reached the clinic and was told that the dentist will be late due to some emergency issue. I can understand that but should have informed earlier through call/whatsapp, given a heads up of how long the waiting time will be and given the options if want to proceed or reschedule/postpone the appointment. However, I was just told to wait and I waited blindly for 40 minutes and didn't know how long more. We make appointments because we have plans too. Now the reminder message just appeared sarcastic to me. Not entirely the nurse's fault but orders should be given appropriately. Should be a team effort because another dentist was there too but no actions taken. Disappointed and bad customer service. Time gone and teeth still dirty.
