★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendy frontdesk person. Upon reservation, the person did not mention that doubles matches for tennis is not allowed (as of today, the official SOP by MKN for Phase 2 states does allow it). Was only inform regarding it upon arrival. The frontdesk lady was adamant that it's strictly no doubles at the court eventhough I have explained that MKN has indeed allowed it. Her final reasoning was that Covid cases in Penang is still high. If that is the worry, why allow guests to come in in the first place? I was also informed by her that the badminton courts are also opened for only singles matches, when actually the fresh and new court complex just 15 minutes away are already allowing doubles matches on their courts. As a form of respect to her worries, I shall not ever return to avoid spreading the virus.
My other usual tennis spot has good facilities. Just require some extra effort to book a slot on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badminton Court is nice and good service. But there's some Chinese guy being rude with my friends. My friends just ask where's the badminton Court, then they yell at my friends. Rude and disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not so happy about the customer service over here as the receptionist was not friendly at all...
Previously, we no need to buy a swimming cap..but now its compulsory especially when swimming at big pool.
I think this one only to benefit for the business as the seller for swimming items also agreed with me.
Please improve yr service...or you will receive more complaints from customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adults entrance fee is rm 6 . Swimming cap is a compulsory hence the pool is cleaner than it was 10 years ago. For large groups of people, the latest SOP is 4 pax per lane. The ladies changing room did improve by installing proper doors for shower cubicles. Overall, the drawback is that the facilities is abit old-fashioned and the floor tiles aroumd the pool needs to be refurbished. Free parking along the road and hawker center just a stone's throw away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adult pool MOSTLY always in clean water average 74.5% , consider very VERY good condition compare with other pools in Penang area. If let say, you feel the water not very clean, please go directly and tell the person who inside the counter (complaint) the next day water will very clear. With new rule, everyone have to wear a swimming cap is a must. No excuse! You may get it at counter cost you RM14. We wish management can do some touch up at shower room and building wall, floor around beside the pool. Locker can fit in your motorbike helmet.
Baby is free of charge but at least have either 1 of parent pay RM3 stay beside and take care your lovely baby, only for kids have to pay RM2 and adult RM5. Of course if your baby no need parent take care so there is no any extra charger (this is impossible you can left your baby swim alone). Open in daily included public holidays WOW~ 4.5 stars ^.^

There are total of nine courts.
The rubber floor consider okay. Lighting consider good. Toilet was not very pleasant but still acceptable.
The parking space are limited.
Is free parking, no fees required.
There are a shop here which sell badminton related things.
Vending machines for soft drinks are available too.
Ventilation not really good.
As usual, feels like sauna inside badminton court.
