2 staff there was not too friendly. Like doesn't really want to answer my query. But i give 4 star because there are 1 staff was very friendly and helpful when i was struggling alone to register by kiosk. The information given was not rush, polite and in profesional way. And 1 lady who smile to me :)

Limited Parking space for public due to almost all parking lots are reserved. Service lifts is very fast eventhough the lift is old. Be advisable to avoid being stuck in traffic at Jln Tun Razak after 4.00pm

All counters open with very fast service and not too crowded with many people. All staff very helpful, good manners, friendly guiding me with my many information. Near public transport LRT very accessible and near walking distance to LRT.

It's a well managed 38 working floor building. Somethings are old but still OK. Lifts are very fast .good security systems. Service lift is old already many indicators missing. Main problem is parking. Visitors cannot park the car inside the building. Almost all parking lots are reserved. Clean and tidy place.

The management should look into better customer service. The staff is pretty rude and unresponsive when I ask them question. The operations hours is pretty short and only within weekdays too which cause inconvenience to others. Should have better service and respect others

PNB should provide ample parking space for your customer. Terrible to get parking here. All reserved for VIP. Customer is not important. Kudos?

The staffs here are very polite and humble, probably the sweetest customer service I ever had. They are also very patient on explaining things to you and are also very helpful. Kudos to PNB for training their staffs to treat customers properly.
