The sale girl was very rude towards us..yea i am malay but i can understand the chinese or mandarin language as i learn this language. To the owner of the shope (if you view this comment) please give a good service and please be polite tovards your customers. Not all customer come to your shop just take the things ,pay and go..Some may survey first for the good quality and for not wrongly buying the things and so on..learn from malay or other shop how to treat the customer in a good way..Dont also forget that customer always right when they come to the shop..
Hye..Hari ini saya dan rakan telah datang mengunjungi kedai ini untuk mencari barang mesin basuh. Penjual perempuan berambut pendek seperti lelaki telah melayan kami dengan agak biadap melalui percakapan dan juga melalui cara melayan kami. Saya dan rakan merupakan orang melayu tetapi saya faham bahasa cina,jadi saya faham apa yang anda cakap kepada kami. Kepada pemilik kedai (sekiranya anda membaca komen ini),tolong berikan servis yang terbaik serta berbudi bahasa dalam melayan pelanggan anda. Bisnes anda tidak akan bangun sekiranya tiada orang yang datang membeli di situ. Untuk pengetahuan anda tidak semua orang datang ke kedai anda untuk terus membeli sesuatu barang tetapi ada juga pelanggan yang datang akan meniliti dahulu barang-barang tersebut sebelum membeli agar mendapat kualiti yang elok dan tidak tersalah beli. Sekiranya anda tidak tahu bagaimana untuk melayan pelangga dengan baik,sila belajar dari orang melayu atau kedai-kedai yang lebih maju dari anda bagaimana cara melayan pelanggan dengan baik. Jangan lupa ''''customers always right''' bila datang ke mana-mana kedai pun.

Hye..This day a friend and I came to this store to look for washing machine items. Short-haired salespeople like men have treated us kindly through conversation and also through our hospitality. My friend is Malay but I understand the Chinese language, so I understand what you say to us. To the store owner (if you are reading this comment), please provide the best service and the language of kindness in serving your customers. Your business will not wake up if no one comes to buy there. To your knowledge, not all people come to your store to continue buying items but there are also customers who will first need to review these items before purchasing to have a good quality and make no mistake. In case you did not know how to treat the customer well, please learn from people wilt or stores that are more advanced than you how to treat customers well. Remember '' '' customers are always right '' 'when it comes to any store.
