From the start I want to make appointment with them, they proposed me a Monday 2pm timeslot. After I had confirmed it, I took a day of annual leave to wait for their service on Monday.
But Monday morning they ask for the home address and , 2pm not showing up, call me to change timeslot to 6pm, blaming me giving house address at very last moment.

Why your scheduler proposed me 2pm timeslot at the first place when your team can't make it?
Why your scheduler didn't ask for the house address at the first place?
They were forcing me to change the schedule. I am seriously fed up wasting my one day annual leave to their proposed appointment.
I ended up canceled the service and I will find another installer. I can't imagine a such bad service air conditioner company can survive in the market in 2021, they are bringing down the service line standard this market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheapest heater installation in town. My only problem is that one of office admin arranged installation but end up did not key in the appointment in system. The other admin have to kelam kabut find installer on the date and caused delay. Nevertheless I appreciate the effort and workmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our partner shop, bought 2.0HP from them on Shopee, they have good review there, and we are satisfied with their installation and offered price, late 1 hour for the service appointment and reason given is the team has been delayed by previous job, its logically and we accept their explanation .
Overall, we still give 5 stars for their good service, their installation job tidy and nice, and THEY HELPED CLEAN AFTER WORK DONE! WOW!
