Placed order on 5 Jan however didn't get a confirm delivery date from the shop. we have been asking several times to provide an estimate date for delivery, and they not even give an answer with a bad attitude as well. Alright then, when comes to deliver after 3 weeks waiting, the products are not the one we ordered, color was given wrongly. When call to the person in charge, attitude was extremely terrible. I don't mind to wait for you for the goods to be delivered late but please at least fulfill what we had signed in place when ordered. Really disappointed with the services provided, standing in consumer point of view, we not only buying a good quality of product, but we looking the customer service importantly. Appreciate that if you could improve this. Unfortunately, i won't recommend this to my friends in kluang and no second time purchase. Thanks.
