★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice. Clean. Comfortable. Good service. Free biscuit, teh, coffee, nasi lemak and bread. They have kids playground,many chair and table to sit. You can bring charger to charge you phone here. If you live in cheras or kajang you can book here. Really recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service centre is good with friendly staff. Very upfront. Sadly the process by perodua is so poor. I informed my absorbers were leaking and to change it while its covered under warranty but was ignored now im shown my absorbers are leaking when my warranty is supposedly expired. As per their record i have reported the matter. Just plain ridiculous and stupid. Always profiting and ignoring patrons. How do u expect to retain a customer this way? Feeling so cheated.
Update : 15/02/2022
Now after multiple follow up from my end having to chase them to find out whats going on. I find out apparently my warranty starts from the date the car was registered not the date of vehicle was purchase. Hence my warranty has changed dates again. Their book keeping does not show any records of my previous complains and claims regarding my absorber. Typical cuci tangan attitude from the service manager. Looking to brush things off. Please for your own good do not go to this place if you do not want to be cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services very bad?. Not having good experience foreman?. Better any new car not to bring to this particular place which located at Kajang area. I was having very bad experience. They almost spoil my battery. They done servicing and own update at system. Please don't spoil your car at this place. Worst service. My car just 2 years but alot I have gone through. I just realised that my car engine oil is leaking because the thread was not tigthen. They won't listen what we telling and do what they wish. The one star above also for me to write this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a big place. Many staff there, they are serving quite a lot of customers. I went there for car service in Saturday, waited for 3 hours to get it done. I asked them to do alignment and balancing, and change battery as well.
Service is good. All the staff seem very experienced as they have so many customers there. Waiting area is comfortable and plenty of seats. Free wifi, they put on movies there in case you got bored. Free snacks and coffee.
Overall is very good except for the long wait.

They are doing great at their service (friendly and patience), greet you upon entry and exit.
Before proceeding, they will check your car and explain everything in details (name, cost) what is required for this round maintenance etc.
Then, you can chill in the lounge area until your car is ready to pick up.
My waiting time was 2hour.
Their lounge area is comfortable and comes with complimentary food and coffee while you wait.
Will come back again for my next servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services are good. The staff also friendly. They will remind your appointment a day before even half an hour before your appointment time. I hope they will stock more varieties of foods & snacks since the waiting time ±2 hours and it is hard to go to the outside shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to book for an appointment. Better a week earlier beforehand since booking queue is long. The environment is comfortable and peaceful, too. Kudos, customer service provided by staffs are professional, warm and welcoming. Good job. Keep it up. Definitely recommended for a visit.
