β β β β β First time at this service centre. Am quite impressed with the whole set-up and helpful staff. Adherence to SOPs from the moment one steps into the place. Nice waiting lounge for customers with drinks and snacks provided. But the air conditioning can be a bit too cold for some.

β β β β β The technicians are good, the only reason worth coming here but customer service really poor. Don't go to counter 5, it will make your life miserable and unlucky. The man not able to answer questions about car and ask you to go another shop. Didn't make order for no stock items and make you travel few times.

β β β β β Have sent my car here for service for many times already & was happy for most of the time but my last car service here on 20/12/21 wasnβt a pleasant experience.
Why you ask? Because I had to wait for 5 hours despite already making an early appointment for my car service.
I sent my car there on my appointment time 8:30am, my car was parked aside until 10:15am also they havenβt start to service, I could see my car from the customer lounge the whole time.
My car only finished service at 1:21pm.
I was the only one sitting inside the customer lounge from 12:40pm until 1:21pm.
For some reason, people who came later than me had their service finished first and my car wasnβt even doing any major repair or anything, only normal service.
It was really ridiculous how much time they took but I will still go back there because my other alternative service centre Perodua Kampar which is actually closer to my house tried to scam me previously into replacing a perfectly fine lower arm which I have just replaced a month before sending my car for service there.
Maybe the 5 hours delay this time was a rare human error occasionally or something, I dunno ?ββοΈ ?ββοΈ?ββοΈ.
