β β β β β Nice service. But the test drive route was fixed, basically just a small circle around the gallery. So can't really test the hughwya performance and the road bump response of the car.

β β β β β Your car plate number will be printed their company name with phone number. Otomobil sdn bhd 03-xxxxxxxx. Back and front. Hope you don't mind driving your car as if promoting this dealer company, or as if you are driving a company's car with name and phone number printed on it.
The sales dealer cannot make any promise for the color you choose and the date when you can get your car even you have paid deposits. All you need to do is wait for the good news.

β β β β β Very bad service, waiting my car for 4 months since last November till February, and there is NO EXACT DATE ON WHEN I CAN GET THE CAR!!!!
I had called HQ and they said minimum 1 month of waiting, maximum 5 months. I suppose to get it LATEST BY MARCH and their manager said that I maybe can't get the car on next month?????
AND they actually promised to give me the car on JANUARY!!!!
The agent and manager only can give u A LOT OF EXCUSES, before this, CNY holiday can't produce, due to floods, not enough spare parts.... Fine, I understand the situations but I only can get the info AFTER CALLING THE HQ!!!! They wouldn't SENDIRI COME AND UPDATE U ABOUT THE SITUATIONS, u need to go ask them yourself?? What kind of service is this?????
And now, the manager said that they got many factories and they can't give any date when the car will be ready.... DELAY, DELAY AND DELAY!!!!

β β β β β Placed booking on the new cranberry red Myvi on Dec and till April haven receive. What we were being told that was not a single cranberry red was being delivered at all which is suspicious cause I've asked other branch which they have available units being delivered. The ridiculous part is the SA advice us to purchase the car number plate 1st which the SA promise us to able to deliver the car before CNY. After numerous of delay delivering it we also understand that the production having problem but please don't keep give us false hope and at the end we being told that they don't even know the car status. After wasting our time (almost 5 months of waiting) we proceed to cancel it and order from other branch which we got the car within a month booking. Please provide training to your SA and don't simply make any statement and false hope to your customer, just be frankly and don't make promises at the 1st place if you couldn't confirm. And thank you very much for wasting our time.
