โ โ โ โ โ This is a momentous day for my Perodua car. Whether to b happy or sad is truly an emotion. Been 2 yrs since I can service the car. MCO1,MCO2 has stumped such activities although the car is seldom used n service mileage is low. Anyway service is done n I bcome a poorer person, sighhhh.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service on make appointment. Call many times and no one want to pick up the call. Go to service center and they do not entertain walk in customer. Telling the appointment phone number is not working. The lady say it's busy. Stand a side and call again then you can monitor and see the staff purposely ignore the call.

โ โ โ โ โ Very lousy service.Called on 12th Jan 2022 at 8.35am to book an appointment to service my car at the earliest slot and most suprisingly when I turned up yesterday, they have changed my apppointment to 2 hours later than the confirmed time.What a bad service and NOW I need to WAIT!!Pls get your head to explain what service are you guys providing and who attended to my call on the 12th of Jan 2022??? Suprisingly SMS notification (reminder on the service date and time) only received on the next day? of the appointment date.
