โ โ โ โ โ Terrible experience ever. Waited 4 months but still did not receive my car. Had cancelled booking from them but the manager still trying to drag and not proceed with the cancellation. If you plan to buy a car from Perodua, please donโt consider this branch. They will keep you endless waiting with empty promises.

On first day sales man said after booking 2 or 3 week can get my car, but i think that was just sweet talk or lie, i dont know but today almost 4 months im still waiting for my car . I dont want to write sales man name. But my experience until now is very bad . He keep saying production is slow from kilang. I dont understand if your company can't provide care to customers why you guys lie to customer. I have no problem with waiting. I have problem with dishonest people. The most important thing is even i told him two choices of colors.i can compromise from my first colour choice. i gave him second colour choice. Still waiting. Loan everything is clear . I want the ower or manager of this place please Solve our problem i sick of waiting and waiting. Thanks
