β β β β β Comfy environment and good service from front desk staff. Make sure to check your car condition inside and outside after service because sometime there were mistake done by the foreman. Got cheap carbonate water vending machine also.

β β β β β Interior is very clean, pleasant smell. Advisor very professional and concern for customers requests. Family friendly place. Even provide space for children to play to avoid them being bored for waiting for so long.

β β β β β I'm so disappointed with the service and repair. If I can turn back the time, I will not send to Produa Banting. It's was a bad dicision ever!!!I'm too regraded!! Super expensive one thing!! the technician not doing properly and also very bad on explanation too rude!!very arrogant!! I paid RM5K for a bad experience!!

β β β β β Friendly staff and good work done. My first time sending here. They have free refreshments if you're waiting. Used to send my car to Utama Motors in klang. Horrible place. The staff there are rude and they cheat. They didn't want to repair a fault with my air cond while still under warranty. This place however was willing to do it. What a contrast

Wifi not working, and when ask to staff, the only answer given is 'don't know'
Sometimes customer needs to work while waiting for car service, must make sure your wifi working
Charge extra than form Perodua website charges for service at certain KM, for totally unneeded accessories

β β β β β Book a slot on 9.30 am but finished on 12 - and that's only because i keep asking them when will my car be ready. If not, they will forget about your car. The person who sit in front wasn't that friendly, but the person who in charged for my car was polite. So there's ok staff, there's not ok staff.
Follow the sop for covid, they did sanitise my car before and after service. Limited seating in the waiting area and they like to add up other services. So make sure you know your car so well before you send here.

β β β β β Please DON'T OPEN BOOKING AT 12PM if you guys tend to go to break ALL AT ONCE and come back only at 2.30PM. It's a waste of time for the customer when we can book another time. And it's ridiculous that you guys asked us to go lunch first when there's no restaurant nearby. Please improve your service.
