★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service center staff is truly customer-centric. The moment I arrived, one gentleman was assisting me and ensuring that my car is thoroughly sanitised and direct me to the allocated parking spot.
At the Service Desk, I was greeted by the Service Advisor by the name of Ishwar. He explained and made me understood what parts that need to be changed/replaced and serviced apart of what I have informed him to check. My waiting time is also within the time frame.
The centre is also clean, well maintained; most of the touch points area are equipped with the hand sanitizer bottles. By doing that customers feel assured and safe especially during this pandemic.
Keep it up and well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not provide tyre aligment and balancing..ish3x.. n then everyone know produa axia got problem with front parking sensor...asik rosak j...indian cs look cool but talk rubbish.. ask me to coming for check but s.part not ready... the woman malay one. Cakap pon nak marah2.. adoi.. all the time period kot...senyum manis2 la puan..uncle indian kat pos guard tu jgk hensem lg friendly..

My wife and friends all have bad experience with her. Pls avoid her if you really need to service your car here. Uncle india tu jugak yang friendly. that other service advisor guy also okay, according to my friend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is ok, less than an hour, promote car wash service, then my car was left waiting for 2 hours & still not washed?? I ask why taking so long, then told me there was only 1 person working. So why promote the car wash, waste 3 hours of my time here. 5 star for the service but minus 3 for wasted time!!
