β β β β β Book appointment via whatsapp and send the car right time at 10 am. They advice me the car will be ready within 2 hours.I come back at 1.30 pm my car not even serviced yet. Really disappointed.poor services.. poor management! Wasted my days!

β β β β β This is the best service center I have ever visited! I am surprise by some of the bad reviews as it is totally opposite from my experience. There is always room for improvement but i can feel the sincerity, humbleness and kindness from the people working over there. Keep up all the good work!

β β β β β Promise one thing but delivery otherwise!! Came at 11 a.m as appointed time. Normal service so was told will 2 hrs. Took about 3hrs. Very disappointing service!!

until 4pm my car still at the parking lot, the staff was telling non sense reason when asking them ?

β β β β β First of all the customer service staff was very rude. Wven the customers are being difficult, you should know how to navigate them in a profesional and polite way but instead you are very condescending and sarcastic. Just now, I call to check if there is any slot available to check my car but the tone of her voice was very sarcastic. You have been closed for 1 week for CNY and then show up at work with this kind of attitude. I have been sending my cars for the past 8 years and the level of service that they provided seem different. Even my car is an old car but i still sent to your place for checking or any issue that I have. This is the time that I really need your service to check my car due to constant problem( engine, breaks and so on) but was very dissapointed with your team. Last 2 months I sent my car to check and change the break pad and disc but to my suprise after 2 months I have issues with my break pad and I took my car to the nearby tyre workshop to check ( Sunday) and they said the breaks is so thin like the never replace it with the new one before. Please do the checking thoroughly and fix and replace what that need to. This is serious matter and I trusted you with car. So dissapointing with this level of service.

β β β β β Worse service experience ever.. my appointment at time 10am and my car collected for sevice at 12pm? Seriously this slow? We all got other things to be done thats why we make an appointment at the first place.. me myself make an appointment a week before.. estimate to finished my service he said another 1.30 hrs. Total up I'm sitting here for nothing "3hrs and 30 min".. Cust Service please do something..

β β β β β The worst services center..not allow to sit inside. No chairs to sit outside. Very hot sun and sunny day. Some customers came at 3pm and now its 5pm..standing only..and waiting for their car. What a poor customer service.
What for have to make booking in advance even have to wait for so long. So stupid services.
Staff are no issues they are good and humble.
My last visit to this service centre.
Re-update the review which write here 2 months ago.
(Recently i saw there is some plastic chairs outside for customers to sit.)
