โ โ โ โ โ Registration was smooth although it was a walk in service. The people gave detailed explanation about the services that they were going to do to the car. U can ask them to check your tyres, battery in case in need of a replacement. I always come here to do my car service as they are very thorough. Although it was a walk-in, i had to wait not more than 3hours. Which i think was fine. But i think it depends too on the number of cars that day.

โ โ โ โ โ Good service. Efficient staff. But cannot bring children. Children not allowed inside. Complimentary Drink corner unfortunately not available this time due to covid19. Make sure to make appointment first to save time. Can walk in but take longer time.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the first time service my car and this will the last time as well! I walked in as the 3rd customer of the day. I approached the SA how to take number, and Iโd been told that I just need to queue/wait without the number. Been waiting for more than 20mins and people started to come and thereโs a customer who just arrived (probably not the first time here) came and pressed the number. And after they have their number, SA only said have to press for number. And people that came after me started to get their number already. And Iโm only get the number after them. ??!!! I came here so early to queue and now people behind me get to service their car first???!!!?!!! Itโs totally wasting my time waiting there for a long time. Thanks and no next time!
