One of P2 service centre located in Keramat. A bit hidden at the back road. Got friendly & welcoming service advisors. My thanks & compliments to Mr Fairil on his dedication, patience & professionalism in handling my case.
Very unfortunate for me, I went to get GearUp accessories on my new car, yet their workmanship didn't met my expectation at first. Luckily the issue was resolved swiftly but I still need to go there twice in a day.
Ativa owner please take note if you wish to install gearup here. Make sure everything installed is inspected CAREFULLY before you leave the premise.
I noticed from recipt that I might have been doublecharge for labour charges. Lucky I confirmed it with my SA from another showroom. I did get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible waiting time 3 hours just for a minor service, come here only if you have time to waste. Booking time doesn't mean anything to them. Came here because they renovated the place but it seems nothing has changed. Nicer place but same staff with same horrible timing. Breakfast is served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top class service. Send both my Perodua cars there now. Gives full details and pricing of service requirements. Friendly staff and professional technicians. Comfortable waiting area with refreshments provided, though temporarily stopped due to the current MCO. Exemplary Centre for others. Only downside is a lack of parking area. Good job, Perodua! Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to make an appointment for more than 10 times within two days. So the next morning after attempting to call for the last time, I dropped by the center to ask for an appointment and my husband saw the phone ringing right in front of the customer service guy, left unanswered. Am I supposed to drop by at the service in order to just set an appointment for the following week? Why can't anybody just freaking answer the phone????? If you wish to not answer the phone, please remove your telephone to avoid frustration from potential customers like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service center is much better now compared to before the renovation. The ticket number system is clear, the chairs are decently comfortable, the aircond is cold, the glass window in the waiting area is big and nice to see ur car being serviced. There is some refreshments for customers. But please la don't take and put in ur bag to bring home. It's for all the customers to share. Not for you to bring home. Packet drinks, water, sometimes there is hot tea which is nice when it's cold. Service is reasonably fast if it's a normal service, around 1 hour. But once u add on things like alignment, change break pads, disk sanding, hydraulic change. it can take much longer up to 3 hours above. there are work stations to do your work. Charge ur phones. USB be charging sockets and General tv in the lounge. I usually watch Netflix while waiting. Bathrooms are decent. Payments are fast, cash and card, parking is very limited. They need to improve their parking spots.
