★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience being first time here. Well organised to welcome customers according to the SOP for COVID19. There is a front desk next to the entrance to register and checking body temperature before entering the premise. Customers with appointments are welcomed with good preparations, including notes for the car services as well as person in charge and person to contact. They usually providing breakfast, however it is unavailable due to the SOP of COVID19. They therefore provide goody bag for each customer, which includes a cake and a drink. Staffs here are knowledgeable, polite and friendly for interaction. Flexibility of services are seen, such as convenience in payment from cash, debit and credit cards, and online transactions. Besides, customers are able to pick up vehicles even after the usual working hours, such a convenient for working people to drop vehicles in the morning before attending work then picking up vehicles after finished work. There are two official Perodua car service centre located in Kuantan, Pahang. This is the one located in Semambu near Air Putih, another one is located in Indera Mahkota near Puspakom. There are 5 service advisors available at one time as seen on today, half nine on usual working hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the bigger centres but not necessarily the better one. This place is horrible. Always have meetings after openings time. Came here 5 times and not ones was my appointment cirrect. Administration disaster. Better make sure. If not you will wait for ours....Also expect more than average waiting time.
