★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them on a Saturday morning to ask if they accept walk-in for car servicing, to which they do and the customer service rep on the line was nice and friendly.
They explained everything that they will be doing before conducting the service and everything was done within 1 hour despite having a few people in line before me. At the end, the service advisor briefed me about the service process and the car's overall condition before returning the keys to me.
Overall a pleasant experience - the waiting area is pretty comfy and they serve light refreshments as well.
