★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good services. The staffs here are very friendly and approachable. They carry a very nice smile at their face and keep the customers informed about the procedure. They ensure they delivered clear message on what needs to be done and inform the client about the fees that needed to charge before performing any changes. It shows how much they respect the customer and the punctuality shows how much they value the time of customers. Highly recommended because of their good service!!! Well done. Thank you very much: )

Perodua car maintenance service staff has never disappointed me so far.
Its a typical car service workshop with the office located above it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Earliest appointment 830am, service counter only open for entry at 845am (time wasting if you reach earlier or right on time for the appointment). Then it's another 20 mins for registering 2 customer who reach ahead of me (seems like 10 mins spent per person but it's actually chit-chatting and joking around with only 3-5 mins per registration).
2. Specially reminded the lady service advisor to replace my left reverse light, told her it was dead, she mention they will check and charge into the existing bill she was explaining.
3. Receive call on completion of service after 2 hours, as she was explaining the charges I have notice that the reverse light was omitted, as I reminded her, she question whether the request was made to the reception lady or any other technician as she doesn't recall any request from me (clearly trying to put the blame onto others) so finally after another 15 mins she call again and told me I had to wait 3 days get it replace (imagine I had to spent another half a day just to get a light bulb replace?), so I have declined the offer.
4. My action may have triggered some dissatisfaction, hence my case was pushed to another service advisor and I was made to sit and wait for another 30 mins before they could spend 3 mins just to process my payment and hand over my keys to me.
5. And that concludes half a day of my annual leave spent on normal servicing of car when it could have been registered and completed in 2.5 hours. No complain on the technician but its pure inefficiency at the service counter over their handling of cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel dissatisfied at service counter or front desk person. She should explain or discuss with customer which services must do first instead at the end or during payment only she said i need to change the gearbox oil n filters (cost about 400$) It is common sense at 80k miles we change gearbox oil. That should be the first thing she discuss with customer. It is not cheap though to pay for the total (760$) lump sum. Please get experience person at front desk! Labour work was good!
