★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service personnel were ok but the customer facilities need to be improved... nothing's at waiting room, no drinking facilities and the reason is due to covic... better give some good excuse than this laa. I hv been to other Perodua service centre before so l know the standard.
So to the management, time to wake up!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so far, it's the best perodua service centre in kelantan i've ever been to. professional service, standard & reasonable price.
the mechanic will seek for your approval for every (even tiny) adjustment/repair work to be done. sometimes if you're lucky you will get special gift upon making the payment.
canteen is provide if you're hungry or thirsty while waiting for you serviced vehicle.
there's also an air‐conditioned waiting space. provided with astro tv, magazine.. coffee and prayer room for muslims. the space is quite limited though. would be great if they can expand the room to accommodate more customer at a time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff that handle me treat as I was like a child. Making nonsense jokes about me and I feel very uncomfortable. Laughing and giggling together with their colleagues at the jokes about me. No respect towards me as customer, I think bcs I’m a young women all alone. That will be my last visit.
