In my case,my car has alignment problem. Even after service the alignment still not solved but i already paid the extra charge(for alignment). Bad experience for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Book through ufirst apps for 30/1/2022 on 10 am in the morning. Was not around for one hour dropping the car. Already asked the service counter it will take up for about 2 hours. Went back after one hours eating at the shop beside it to check...still the car has not moving. At about 2 hours around 12.05, the service advisor just called to ensure smthg...but I didnt pick up I as I was in the loo. Nothing email/msg/whatapps was dropped by the service advisor so I went directly to the counter. And then he appeared. After 2 hours, my car then was brought in by the mechanic. What I was mad was because how come there's another car booked 11pm had finished earlier than my car? I scrolled all the cars' plate with the time booking...and apparently there's a car sent at 8.30am in the morning was still there in the garage....how laidback the workers here, better not to send your car to be serviced here. Wasted 3 hours at perodua gong badak because of this. Even the service advisor in charged of my car didn't mentioned the time of service to me and I need to ask another service advisor. Please, DON'T GO THERE! And make sure to report them if this happen again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gong Badak's Perodua Service Centre is a wonderful establishment with helpful staffs providing good hospitality to their customers. Amidst this pandemic, the service centre adheres to the SOP given by the government so certain amenities are not available to be used. The toilets are disabled-friendly but the entrance is not since there's no ramp for their use. Their surau doesn't provide any sejadah or telekung as a precaution so customers need to bring their own. Service-wise, be a smart customer and make sure to revise the details of your car's service requirement to avoid paying extra money. Don't overlook this step unless you're willing to pay.
